Digital Wellness Lab webinars are organized around a specific topic or theme related to how media and technology use affects development, health and wellbeing. Expert panelists are invited to share their insight, knowledge and experience from their respected field in a lively, moderated conversation, and audience questions are encouraged.

Held on a bi-monthly basis, webinars are accessed through Zoom and registration is free to the public. All webinars are recorded and available to view in the archives below.
