At the Digital Wellness Lab, we seek to engage key stakeholders from academic research, healthcare, and corporate industry in an open collaboration designed to: deepen our understanding of the positive and negative effects of the media and technology young people use and how they use them; to use what we learn to empower caregivers, educators, and clinicians; and to make meaningful wellness-focused changes in the design of digital devices, applications, and content.
