Clinical Research Assistant
Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children’s Hospital

I believe deeply in media’s potential to bring accessible and engaging mental health resources to all youth, while empowering them with the media literacy skills needed to thrive in and navigate today’s digital landscape.

I completed my BA/MA in Child Study & Human Development at Tufts University, where I discovered my passion for bridging the gap between interactive media/technology and children’s mental health advocacy.

My research experiences have reinforced this commitment, from studying how trauma is portrayed in children’s entertainment media to proposing a mental health application focused on social media use for adolescents. These projects have given me a deeper appreciation for and a more nuanced understanding of the pivotal role media plays in shaping children’s lives.

The Digital Wellness Lab’s mission to foster positive digital experiences for young people speaks directly to my own values. I’m excited to contribute to this inspiring team and work together to develop evidence-based interventions that meaningfully improve the well-being of children everywhere.
