Introduction

I have consistently been interested in how to lower my screen time and how to manage my day effectively. More importantly, I wanted to focus on living in the moment and not be glued to my phone.

I created the video using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the voiceover coming from Eleven Labs. I spent most of my time finding clips to overlay and researching facts to implement into my video.
