Digital Wellness
Family Day
Welcome!
Today is about exploring your family’s relationship with technology together, honestly and without judgment.
Through four guided hands-on activities, you’ll reflect on your own digital habits, have conversations you might not have had before, and walk away with a few practical tools to make screens work better for everyone in your family. No lectures, no rules, just open conversations and helpful resources.
Today’s Activities

Make sure to collect stamps in your Digital Wellness Passport after you’ve finished each activity!
What is Digital Wellness?
Digital wellness is a positive state of mental, physical, and social-emotional health pursued through intentional, authentic, and balanced engagement with technology and interactive media.
The Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School seeks to understand and promote positive and healthy digital media experiences for young people, from birth through young adulthood.
